Chinese Traveller Fined RM5,000 for Attempted Backpack Theft on Flight to KL
A Chinese national has been ordered to pay RM5,000 in fines after pleading guilty to attempting to steal a Japanese passenger's backpack aboard a commercial flight arriving in Kuala Lumpur.
