RM10,000 Annual Grant to Boost Operations of 8,615 Neighbourhood Watch Groups Nationwide
The Malaysian government has increased the annual grant for 8,615 neighbourhood watch areas (KRT) from RM6,000 to RM10,000, beginning January 2027, to enhance grassroots community programmes and strengthen national unity efforts.
