Sibu Council Softens Smart Parking System With Grace Period and Senior Citizen Concessions
Sibu Municipal Council will implement a five to ten-minute grace period before issuing parking notices and launch a Senior Citizen Parking Pass from August, responding to widespread public criticism of its SMC Cares Smart Parking system.
