Russia extends energy and infrastructure cooperation overtures to Myanmar
Russian President Vladimir Putin has pledged expanded cooperation with Myanmar across energy, infrastructure and defence sectors, with 12 memorandums signed during President U Min Aung Hlaing's visit to Moscow.
