Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil Elevated to Datuk Seri in Penang Honours
Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil has been conferred the Datuk Seri title through the Darjah Panglima Pangkuan Negeri award during Penang's investiture ceremony honouring Governor Tun Ramli Ngah Talib's 85th birthday.
