Islamic NGO Escalates Fight to Supreme Court Over Defamation Rights for Registered Societies
Pertubuhan Ikram Malaysia is taking its defamation dispute to the apex court, challenging a Court of Appeal decision that registered societies cannot pursue defamation lawsuits. The NGO has submitted 10 legal questions for review.
