Singapore man jailed three months for torching community cat shelters in dispute over stray animal welfare
A 68-year-old Singapore retiree has been sentenced to three months in jail for deliberately setting fire to cardboard cat houses at a Bukit Batok void deck, causing more than S$900 in property damage.
