UK, Italy and Japan Commit US$6.1 Billion to Next-Generation Fighter Jet Programme
The United Kingdom, Italy and Japan have committed £4.6 billion (US$6.1 billion) towards developing a next-generation stealth fighter jet under the Global Combat Air Programme, with service entry targeted for 2035.
