Hong Kong Legislator Resigns After Drink-Driving Scandal, First in 26 Years
Hong Kong legislator William Wong Kam-fai has resigned from the Legislative Council following his arrest on suspicion of drink-driving and hit-and-run. He is the first to step down over a scandal in more than two decades.
