Malaysia-Thailand Border Economic Zone To Open Indochina Trade Routes, Says Anwar
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim says the Malaysia-Thailand Border Economic Zone will give Malaysian exporters smoother access to Indochina markets. Bangkok has agreed to ease customs restrictions on fisheries and agricultural goods transiting through Thai territory.
