Klang Valley Paralysed by Flash Floods as Heavy Rain Batters Region
Heavy downpours from 4 pm sent flash floods cascading across the Klang Valley, snarling traffic on major expressways including Kesas and the New Pantai Expressway. The Petaling Jaya Fire and Rescue Department responded to submerged vehicles and waterlogged areas.
