Penang Allocates RM2 Million to Boost Bumiputera Student Performance Through MPDCA Programme
Penang's Islamic religious authority has committed RM2 million to support academic excellence for 7,403 Bumiputera students through the MPDCA Programme, covering tuition classes, workshops and learning modules across 109 schools.
