Japanese Musician Arrested After Seven Years of Disruptive Guitar Playing
A 61-year-old guitarist in Kyoto, Japan has been arrested on assault charges following more than seven years of playing loud music that allegedly caused four elderly neighbours to suffer sleep loss, depression, and hearing damage.
