Britons Vote in Major Local and Parliamentary Elections
Voters across the United Kingdom went to the polls Thursday in one of the nation's largest electoral events since 2024. England held local council contests, Scotland elected all 129 parliament members, and Wales expanded its Senedd from 60 to 96 representatives.
