Temu hit with €200 million fine for failing to curb illegal products
The European Commission has imposed a €200 million ($232 million) penalty on Chinese online retailer Temu for insufficient efforts to prevent illegal product sales on its platform, marking the second major enforcement action under the EU's Digital Services Act.
