Cabinet Establishes National Tahfiz Council with Zahid at the Helm
Malaysia's Cabinet has formally endorsed the creation of a National Tahfiz Council to supervise institutions where students memorize the Quran. Deputy Prime Minister Zahid Hamidi will lead the new governance body.
