High Court Orders Chinese Daily to Pay RM400,000 in Defamation Case
A High Court has ordered Sin Chew Media Corporation Bhd to pay RM400,000 in damages to businessman Yeoh Ee Seong following a defamation case, after the newspaper published a report implying he orchestrated an assault on a lawyer.
