MM2H Agents Must Follow Local Laws in Overseas Markets, Says Tiong
Malaysia's Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing has warned MM2H agents that holding a Malaysian licence does not exempt them from complying with regulatory requirements in countries where they operate, particularly regarding recruitment and promotion activities.
