Federal Approval Required for State NOC Funding Requests, Says PM Anwar
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has stressed that state governments seeking additional funds for development projects involving Notices of Change must first renegotiate with the Federal Government, which cannot automatically approve budget increases.
