Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil Honoured with Datuk Seri Title in Penang State Awards Ceremony
Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil will be the sole recipient of the DPPN award, carrying the Datuk Seri title, among 1,221 honours recipients in Penang's four-day investiture ceremony honouring Governor Tun Ramli Ngah Talib's 85th birthday.
