IOI Properties Wins Securities Commission Nod for RM7.58 Billion REIT Listing
IOI Properties Group has received Securities Commission approval to list a real estate investment trust with an initial size of 5.5 billion units, backed by flagship shopping malls, office towers, and international hotel brands valued at RM7.58 billion.
