Animal Welfare Activist Completes Opening Stage of 290km Marathon to Parliament
Animal welfare campaigner Neow Choo Seong has completed the opening 50-kilometre stage of a gruelling 290-kilometre solo run from Taiping to Parliament in Kuala Lumpur, aiming to draw legislative attention to the welfare conditions of three Malaysian elephants housed at Tennoji Zoo in Japan.
