Court Rules Investment Firm Must Honour Stock Contracts Worth RM12.8 Million
A Malaysian High Court has ruled that an investment holding company cannot escape contractual obligations worth RM12.8 million to 39 investors by citing the Companies Act, after accepting initial capital of RM10.57 million.
