Japanese teenager arrested after allegedly torching family home in apparent murder attempt
A 15-year-old has been arrested in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, on suspicion of setting fire to his family home in an attempt to kill his parents. The boy later turned himself in to police, claiming he was driven by stress from regular physical abuse.
