Cambodian police dismantle elaborate Telegram extortion racket targeting Facebook shoppers
Cambodian police have arrested a suspect accused of running a sophisticated Telegram scam that netted over US$110,000 by impersonating government officials and business owners to extort money from Facebook shoppers.
