Thailand to sue Meta over Facebook scam advertisements
Thailand's Consumer Council will sue Meta for allowing scammers to exploit Facebook through advertisements and failing to safeguard users. The watchdog recorded nearly 3,800 complaints linked to the platform between 2024 and 2026.
