Parliament Strengthens MyCC Powers to Combat Cartels and Market Abuse
Parliament has passed the Competition Commission (Amendment) Bill 2026, granting the Malaysia Competition Commission expanded powers to investigate cartels, conduct market reviews, and impose penalties to strengthen competition law enforcement.
