Malaysia's Higher Education Act to Be Overhauled With New Comprehensive Legislation
Malaysia's Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir has outlined plans for comprehensive new legislation to replace the 54-year-old Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 under the Malaysia Higher Education Plan 2026-2035.
