Ajinomoto Co to Take Full Control of Malaysian Unit in RM603.4 Million Privatisation
Ajinomoto Co Inc, which holds a majority stake in the Malaysian monosodium glutamate producer, plans to privatise the company for RM603.4 million, offering minority shareholders a 31.58% premium to exit their positions.
