High Court Orders JPJ to Pay RM40,000 Over Rejected 'MADANI' Number Plate Proposal
A High Court has ruled that the Road Transport Department must pay RM40,000 in damages to a man whose MADANI number plate proposal was rejected. The court found the JPJ director-general failed to properly consider the initiative.
