A former member of Pertubuhan Ikram Malaysia (Ikram) has denied all allegations in connection with 158 charges of misusing his official position for personal benefit, with the total sum involved reaching RM98,270,315.20. The hearing took place at the Sessions Court in Shah Alam on Wednesday.

The accused is facing claims that the misconduct occurred throughout a five-year span. The matter involves complex allegations surrounding the alleged abuse of authority for financial gain.

The case will proceed through the court system with the defendant maintaining his innocence against all charges presented. Sessions Court judges will determine the outcome as proceedings continue in Shah Alam.
